    Dr. Christopher Lenarz is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and the founding member of Excel Orthopedics and The Shoulder and Elbow Center of St. Louis. Dr. Christopher Lenarz specializes in surgery of the shoulder, elbow and wrist including sports related injuries, work related injuries and chronic degenerative conditions.His training and education have included domestic and international Fellowship Training in shoulder and elbow surgery.He employs advanced techniques in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder elbow and wrist to restore the functional demands of the active patient.     Her comprehensive background in Orthopedic Nursing encompasses a 40 year career performing practice operations, worker’s compensation case management and providing compassionate care to patients and their families.
    Connie is most passionate about ensuring all patients and representatives of Excel Orthopedics receive the highest quality of care and service in the most expedient and efficient way possible.

    Stephanie Marsh has worked in the Orthopedic office setting for nearly 2 decades. Her extensive experience and management abilities allow her the skills needed to coordinate the everyday running of a busy office while maintaining the composure needed to provide quality care to each individual.
    She has a very unique and broad skill set and can often be found wearing many hats in the office.
    Stephanie is excited to assist in the care of all who walk through the door of Excel Orthopedics.

    Nancy Pizzolato brings to Excel an extensive background in orthopedic nursing, whether it be in the
    hospital setting, the OR, or in the individual physician’s office.
    Her attention to detail and efficiency in working with the injured workers and their representatives
    has been a major asset to our practice and is only overshadowed by her desire to help when and where needed and her compassion for people and commitment to their care.

    Joan Saeger, RT(R) Radiology Tech

    Joan Saeger is ARRT registered x-ray technologist who brings greater than 35 years of orthopedic experience to Excel. Additionally, with a background including work in the front and back office, Joan is able to jump in and help in varying capacities when needed throughout the office.  Joan makes every effort to ensure each patient feels as relaxed and comfortable as possible during their x-ray exams.

    Felicia joined Team Excel with 18 years of Medical Assistant experience with a focus on Orthopedics.
    Felicia has a vast knowledge and experience in both patient care and day to day office procedures making her a valuable resource for the patients and the staff.
    Above all, Felicia is most passionate about customer
    service. Felicia won’t leave for the day unless she’s assured all questions that have come in for the day have been answered and all patients needs have been met.

    Tamara Blanchard joined our team with 16 years of revenue cycle management experience.
    She is a certified coder skilled in medical billing and accounts receivable processes and is ICD-10 certified.
    She has worked in a clinic setting, a central billing office and in an academic center.
    As a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the Health Care Compliance Association,
    Tamara takes pride in making certain that all claims are coded and billed correctly and in a timely manner.
    She is happy to assist with billing questions for the practice.
